The goal of this project is to share Latin American and U.S. Latino culture with the general community through educational artistic activities. It is no exaggeration to say that Latino/a programming in the community has been growing by leaps and bounds, largely with the support of the Latino Civic Association , ¡Cultura! Ithaca, and No Más Lágrimas. We have multiplied the number of programs and events over the last several years, and the participation has become increasingly large, diverse, and enthusiastic. All students involved with the project work with downtown organizations on projects of importance to the community.
